Zana Lifestyle shall accept returns within two days, subject to if we sent the wrong product, damaged product or if the attire size does not fit. You may please contact zanalifestylebd@gmail.com with order details and we shall guide you, however we do not do any refunds and you will have the option to choose another of our products. Please allow 10-15 days of processing time if a return request is accepted. After two days of your receipt of the product we shall not accept any returns. Thank you.
